Shipping outside Poland is possible upon agreement on individual shipping costs.
Upon receiving the parcel, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days without providing any reason (so-called return of goods). To do this, the Buyer must send a statement of withdrawal from the agreement.
The book return should be sent to the following address:

The Buyer bears the direct shipping costs for the return.

E-books are available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. The customer receives a download link for the e-book in epub or mobi format via email, providing instant access to the purchased product.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase until the payment is made.
As the right to withdraw from the agreement without providing a reason does not apply to digital content, the Buyer loses the right to withdraw from the agreement once the e-book file is made available for download in a way that allows the Buyer to save the e-book on their electronic device.
